Eligibility
To use 747agents, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

- You must be physically located within the Philippines or in a jurisdiction where accessing online gaming platforms is legal for your personal use.

Account Registration and Verification
3.1 One Account Per Player
Each person may hold only one 747agents account. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, mobile number, email address, device, IP address, or GCash wallet — are strictly prohibited. If 747agents detects multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all accounts may be suspended and balances may be forfeited at our discretion.
3.2 Accurate Registration Information
You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information when registering your 747agents account. This includes your legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other information requested during registration or subsequent verification. 747agents is not liable for any issues arising from incorrect or false registration details you provide.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 747agents login credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. Do not share your login details with any other person. 747agents will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.
If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact 747agents support immediately at support@747agents.net. We will act on verified breach reports as quickly as possible.
3.4 KYC and Identity Verification
747agents reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. This may include a government-issued Philippine ID (passport, UMID, SSS ID, driver's licence, or PhilSys national ID), proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation for large transactions. Failure to provide requested verification documents within the time frame specified may result in withdrawal suspension or account closure.
Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
747agents accepts the following Philippine-local payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay bank transfer, PESONet, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online, UnionBank Online, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. 4.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal
The minimum deposit at 747agents is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account tier — consult the Deposit and Withdrawal page for current limits.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing Times
747agents processes GCash and Maya withdrawals in under 3 minutes on average, 24 hours a day. Bank transfers via InstaPay typically complete within 5 minutes. PESONet transfers process within the same banking day for requests submitted before cut-off times. 747agents does not charge withdrawal fees on standard amounts.
4.4 Currency
All funds on 747agents are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). Transactions in other currencies are not supported. 747agents is not responsible for any foreign exchange fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider.
4.5 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method
Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. 747agents may request that you verify ownership of the withdrawal destination before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or unusually large amounts.
Anti-money laundering: 747agents complies with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements. Unusual transaction patterns may trigger a review, and 747agents reserves the right to delay or refuse withdrawals pending investigation without liability.

Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
747agents offers a welcome bonus of 100% match on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ₱5,000. To qualify, the bonus must be activated in the registration or deposit flow before the qualifying deposit is confirmed. The welcome bonus is available to new players only — one per person, per household, per device, and per IP address.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
All bonuses issued by 747agents are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The standard wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10× the bonus amount. This means a ₱5,000 bonus requires ₱50,000 in qualifying wagers before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
- Wagering contributions vary by game type. Sports betting at odds of 1.5 or higher contributes 100%. Slots contribute 100%. Live casino games contribute 20%. Sabong contributes 50%.
- Bonus funds are used first before real money funds when placing bets.
- 747agents reserves the right to void bonus winnings if the bonus was obtained through any form of abuse, collusion, or exploitation of promotional terms.
- Maximum bet while a bonus is active: ₱500 per wager for casino games, ₱2,000 per sports bet.
5.3 Other Promotions
Reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards, and seasonal promotions are subject to their own specific terms communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms apply.
Bonus abuse policy: 747agents uses automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse patterns. This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, low-risk hedging strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gaming risk, and coordinated bonus harvesting. Detection may result in forfeiture of bonus and winnings, and permanent account closure.
Betting Rules
6.1 Bet Placement and Acceptance
A bet placed on 747agents is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation and the stake is deducted from your wallet. In the event of a technical failure during bet placement, 747agents will investigate using server-side records. The Platform's records are the definitive reference in all disputed bet placement cases.
6.2 Obvious Errors in Odds
747agents reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published due to a manifest error — including incorrectly inverted odds, decimal errors that significantly misrepresent the true market price, or odds published for incorrect teams or events. 747agents will notify affected players and refund stakes in full when voiding bets under this clause.
6.3 Postponed and Cancelled Events
If a sporting event is postponed and rescheduled within 48 hours, pre-game bets may remain active pending the rescheduled start. Events postponed beyond 48 hours or cancelled outright result in all pre-game bets being voided and stakes refunded. In-play bets on events that are suspended after commencing are settled based on the score at the point of suspension unless stated otherwise in sport-specific rules.
6.4 Maximum Payout
747agents applies maximum payout limits per event and per day. Standard maximum payout per single bet slip is ₱500,000. Parlay bets may be subject to a lower maximum payout depending on the number of legs and total combined odds. Maximum daily withdrawal from sports betting winnings is ₱1,000,000 unless prior arrangement is made with 747agents.
6.5 Integrity and Match Fixing
747agents cooperates with sports integrity organisations and Philippine regulatory authorities. Bets associated with events suspected of match-fixing or integrity violations may be voided pending investigation. 747agents is not liable for any winnings voided under this clause.
Casino Games and JILI Slots
7.1 Random Number Generator (RNG)
All JILI Slots and casino games available on 747agents use certified random number generators that are independently tested for fairness. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are accurate and independently verified. No system, strategy, or third-party tool can predict or influence the outcome of any RNG-based game on 747agents.
7.2 Game Disconnection
In the event of a disconnection during a game round, 747agents will complete the round using the game's built-in server-side completion rules. The result will be recorded and the balance adjusted accordingly when you reconnect. 747agents is not responsible for disconnections caused by your device, internet connection, or local power interruption.
7.3 Sabong
Sabong streaming and betting on 747agents is provided through licensed arenas operating under PAGCOR authority. Sabong bet results are determined by the official outcome declared by the presiding referee at the licensed arena. 747agents does not influence or alter declared results. No refunds are issued for settled Sabong bets except in cases of stream failure where a bet was accepted after the outcome was already determined.
Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on 747agents and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
- Registering or using 747agents while under 21 years of age.
- Using any software, bot, script, AI, or automated system to interact with the platform without explicit written authorisation from 747agents.
- Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to any part of the 747agents platform, including APIs, databases, or streaming infrastructure.
- Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the platform.
- Using another person's account, payment method, or funds without their explicit consent.
- Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, including proceeds of crime or funds intended for money laundering through the platform.
- Placing bets with insider knowledge of pre-determined sporting outcomes.
- Using VPNs, proxy servers, or other tools to circumvent geographic or IP-based restrictions imposed by 747agents.
- Systematic exploitation of bonus offers in ways that constitute abuse rather than genuine play.
- Any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward 747agents support staff or other players.
747agents is committed to a safe, fair gaming environment for all Filipino players.
Account Suspension and Closure
9.1 Suspension by 747agents
747agents reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without notice, where we believe there has been a breach of these Terms, engagement in prohibited conduct, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.
9.2 Forfeiture of Balances
Where an account is suspended or closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms — including but not limited to bonus abuse, fraud, underage use, or collusion — 747agents reserves the right to forfeit the entire wallet balance, including both real money and bonus funds. This is without prejudice to any other remedies available under Philippine law.
9.3 Voluntary Account Closure
Players who wish to close their 747agents account voluntarily may do so by contacting support@747agents.net. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method before closure is finalised.
9.4 Self-Exclusion
Players who need to self-exclude for responsible gaming reasons may request a temporary cooling-off period (1 day to 6 weeks) or permanent self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming page or by contacting support. Self-exclusion is a serious commitment — 747agents will not accept re-registration attempts during an active exclusion period.
Privacy and Data

747agents does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may temporarily suspend access to some or all services. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where reasonably possible.
747agents provides gaming and betting services in good faith. The outcome of any game, bet, or wager is determined by the applicable RNG system or official sporting result and is not within the control of 747agents once a bet is accepted.
Amendments to These Terms
747agents reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email notification or on-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect, except where an immediate change is required by law or regulatory instruction.
Your continued use of 747agents after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from your use of 747agents that cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts.
